Debt Blue is growing, and we're looking for Client Success Associates that know how to build relationships, communicate with confidence, solve problems, and make customers feel like they're genuinely taken care of. If you are a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment while building meaningful relationships with clients - we want to meet you.

• Communicate a thorough understanding of company products and consumer debt relief options with a consultative tone.
• Handle a high-volume of client interactions while maintaining professionalism and urgency.
• Professionally handle incoming client requests, collaborating with Senior Client Success Representatives and Supervisors as needed to resolve client issues immediately.
• Utilize the CRM system to assign, complete, and notate tasks with accurate and complete information.
• Have an empathetic and client-first mindset in all interactions.

Debt settlement experience not required - we will train the right person.

• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Has the ability to listen, understand a problem, and provide a solution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Hourly pay - $16.00 - $17.00 + Commission

This is an in-office, high-energy call floor in Richardson, TX - not remote. Expect a fast-paced, metrics-driven floor with daily call volume targets, live coaching, and a culture that rewards direct results over tenure.
