- Serve as the voice of AT&T, a global communications and technology company
- Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment
- Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commission targets
- Resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
- Explain bills and product features clearly
- Troubleshoot basic problems and escalated to higher support when needed
