Overview
We are an expanding dental office and have a position open for an Office Manager.
Job Details- Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including:
- Patient and employee relations; staff interviewing/dismissal
- Management of marketing and communications efforts
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Staff training and motivation
- Working with the provider for Treatment planning and office growth needs
- Assist the dentist with other tasks as assigned
- Runs scheduling for Dentist and Hygienist on Open Dental. Understands KPI, PPO insurances (including breakdowns and codes) and basic understanding of handling dental team and patient concerns
