Call Center Specialist – Surgical Dental Leads

NuTeeth is looking for a driven, people-focused Call Center Specialist to join our surgical dentistry team. In this role, you’ll manage inbound leads and follow up with potential patients interested in All-on-X (AOX), single tooth implants, dentures, and other advanced surgical treatments.

We’re not just looking for someone to make calls — we need a high-energy, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of timely, compassionate follow-up.

• Proactively reach out to leads who fill out online forms to schedule surgical consults
• Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email to ensure patients are scheduled and confirmed
• Track and manage your leads using CRM tools and reporting systems
• Understand treatment types (AOX, implants, dentures) and effectively communicate value to patients
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals for consults scheduled and shown
• Work closely with the Surgery team and Treatment Coordinators to maintain a strong pipeline

Requirements
