We are an expanding dental office and have an position open for office manager.
Job Details:
- Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including:
- Patient and employee relations; staff interviewing/dismissal.
- Management of marketing and communications efforts.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Staff training and motivation.
- Assist the dentist with other tasks as assigned.
- Runs scheduling for Dentist and Hygienist.
- Understands KPI, PPO insurances and understanding of handling dental team and patient concerns and team necessity aimed for growth.
- Open dental proficiency including Claims and postings.
