Family Medicine Physician

Union Medical Center is a growing primary care clinic located in North Garland, Texas, serving a diverse community with a strong emphasis on compassionate, high-quality care. The clinic is part of an established physician-owned medical group with over 10 years of experience serving the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. Our patient population is largely Spanish‑speaking, and we are committed to providing culturally competent, patient‑centered care.

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care practice. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in patients of all ages. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred due to the high percentage of Spanish‑speaking patients.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Manage preventive care, wellness visits, and routine physicals
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in EMR
• Collaborate with physician assistants and clinical staff
• Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and quality care
• Follow all state and federal regulations and clinical guidelines

• MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Texas Medical License (or eligible)
• DEA license (or eligible)
• Spanish fluency preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
• Preference will be given to physicians with active hospital privileges (community privileges, not necessarily admitting privileges)
