Learning Delivery Specialist Job Description
The Learning Delivery Specialist is a highly skilled facilitator responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and product-accurate training experiences to clients and internal teams. Unlike traditional trainers who deliver strictly templated content, this role requires deep product expertise, the ability to adapt on the fly, and the skill to guide learners across varying roles, contexts, and technical proficiencies. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our Richardson, Texas location.
TrainingDelivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate live training sessions (virtual and in-person) using product-accurate content and advanced facilitation techniques.
- Adapt delivery dynamically based on learner questions, role types, product configurations, and real-time needs of client groups.
- Maintain deep understanding of the product ecosystem to answer complex questions beyond what is included in the templated materials.
- Ensure training sessions are interactive, learner-centered, and aligned with adult learning best practices.
- Build and maintain subject-matter expertise on Town Sq products, configurations, workflows, and role-based use cases.
- Partner with L&D Specialists to understand curriculum intent, key messages, and product nuances prior to each deployment.
- Support version control and readiness by staying informed about product releases, changes, enhancements, and known issues.
- Co-develop facilitator guides and delivery tools alongside L&D Specialists and Instructional Designers.
- Provide feedback on learner experience, curriculum clarity, and delivery challenges to inform continuous improvement.
- Participate in practice sessions, internal demos, and TTT (Train‑The‑Trainer) activities to align around consistent delivery standards.
- Create inclusive, supportive learning environments where people feel safe asking questions and exploring complexity.
- Tailor explanations, workflows, and scenarios based on learner roles (e.g., community manager, accounting, support, board members).
- Navigate challenging questions and high‑pressure moments with confidence and professionalism.
- Surface insights about learner pain points, product confusion, and content gaps to Product Enablement and the Learning Architect.
- Participate in post‑training reviews to improve curriculum delivery, content clarity, and facilitation practices.
- Recommend enhancements to training tools that improve clarity, engagement, or delivery consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience delivering training in SaaS or complex product environments also considered.
- 2–4+ years delivering training or facilitating workshops in software, SaaS, customer education, or technical training environments.
- Experience adapting structured curriculum and answering high-level product questions.
- Experience working with diverse learner role types (operational, technical, administrative, executive).
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to think on your feet, manage complex questions, and adapt in real time.
- Strong knowledge of teaching adult learners.
- Comfort with SaaS platforms, navigation, workflows, and product feature sets.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and maintain professionalism in challenging moments.
Work location & model: DFW, required in office on‑site, 5 days per week at our Richardson, TX location.
Travel Requirements: 20‑25%
