Saint Paul Catholic Classical School is a Catholic, classical liberal arts school serving students in grades PK3-8th grade. We are seeking a candidate for a part-time Admissions Coordinator who possesses a desire to build relationships with prospective and current students and families, and has a deep understanding of the methods and means to recruit students. The candidate should have a familiarity with the classical academic philosophy. The Admissions Coordinator supports student recruitment and enrollment efforts and serves as a welcoming point of contact for prospective families.

The Admissions Coordinator will help guide families through the admissions process in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

The candidate understands that building relationships with prospective students and families is key, and all tasks must be in line with the school’s mission, culture, and branding. Reporting to the principal, the coordinator works to ensure the school communicates with all stakeholders to ensure its lifelong success by growing the school enrollment. Ideally, the candidate will possess a love for lifelong learning, have an understanding and appreciation for a classical liberal arts education, and be committed to forming Christ-centered leaders in the Catholic faith.
