As a Support Teacher, you'll help children explore, discover, and grow in a stimulating environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and curiosity.

What You'll Do:

• Inspire Young Minds:
  Guide children through their early years, helping them develop emotionally, cognitively, socially, and physically using the renowned Primrose Balanced Learning® approach.
• Create a Safe Space:
  Ensure that all rules and regulations for child safety, health, and development are followed, so every child thrives in a safe and supportive environment.
• Bring Learning to Life:
  Implement dynamic lesson plans and a daily schedule filled with fun, engaging activities that encourage children to explore, make decisions, and build confidence.
• Nurture Growth:
  Provide positive reinforcement and clear expectations to foster each child's self-esteem and behavior management.

What You Bring:

• Experience in early childhood education:
  Preferably, you've worked in a licensed program and understand the developmental needs of young children.
• Physical readiness:
  You can safely lift children up to 35 lbs, and for Infant and Toddler teachers, assist with cribs.
