Curriculum Director
Looking for an amazing person to fill a Curriculum Director position. The Curriculum Director is responsible for driving curriculum excellence, coaching teachers, and ensuring consistent classroom quality. This role ensures the Balanced Learning® curriculum is implemented effectively while supporting teacher growth and school readiness outcomes. Success looks like: consistent, high-quality classrooms; strong, well-supported teachers; clear curriculum value for families; reliable leadership support for the school.
We offer free childcare, health and dental insurance, paid time off. Salary range depends on experience but ranges in the 40s. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year.
