Graduate Engineer , Energy

Overview

Halff has an immediate opening for a Graduate Engineer I, Energy in the Richardson, TX office with our Energy team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in collaborative team environments, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning. • Work within a large team environment
• Assist with designing energy production, gathering, processing, treating, compression, and pipelines
• Design engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
• Perform schematic design work
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
• Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors and contractors
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
• Have a current Texas EIT license or the ability to obtain within 2 years of employment
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Driving Record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work with all types of people and skills to get the job done
