* Advanced knowledge with BAS systems, Carrier i-Vu knowledge is a plus
* Requires an individual with an advanced skillset in BAS / controls programming
* Programming of controls systems and implementing developed Sequence of Operations
* Complete each assigned project focusing on customer satisfaction and specification compliance while maintaining budgetary guidelines
* Partner with sales function to set parameters for equipment needs and project timeline
* Create submittals, read and understand project specifications and MEP drawing sets, controls and shop drawings
* Document and track project completion with as-builts and final program notation with all field changes in collaboration with our Project Manager
* Assemble Operation & Maintenance Manuals for completed projects.
* Utilize company and as required customer standard programs for designing graphic function blocks for assigned projects
* Test project programs to ensure specified sequences of operation are met and performed accordingly to industry standards
* Inspect HVAC system including point-to-point, determining the proper operating ranges for field devices, as well as complete functional system checkouts
* Conduct graphics engineering functions which include creating equipment and floor plan graphics per project documents
* Submit material orders for project- required materials to the purchasing group.
* Job requires some fieldwork with controllers and associated components alongside our Controls Field Engineers
* Assist in the development of functional checkpoints lists for commissioning and additional documentation requirements to commission the system or work with the Commissioning Agent
* Incentive compensation eligible
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 2+ years of experience in Project Engineering/Management
* Knowledge of computers, setup procedures, and networking systems
* Previous experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
* Working experience with Carrier i-Vu, Tridium or BACnet systems
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Knowledge in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC/Control
* Prior experience in HVAC and/or Building Automation

** Pay Range
** The annual salary for this position is $80,750. – $113,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
