Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable verification architectures for HBM DRAM across diverse customer platforms. Develop and maintain modular testbench environments using advanced verification methodologies including SoC-level and custom design verification. Analyze performance bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements to optimize verification of cycle time, scalability, and quality. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-verify system-level functionality and resolve integration issues. Create turnkey verification solutions based on early-stage design inputs and customer requirements.
Contribute to methodology enhancements and GenAI-based automation aligned with HBM design cycles. Participate in debugging and root cause analysis of pre-silicon and post-silicon issues. Support customer engagements to address current architecture challenges and identify future innovation opportunities. Conduct feasibility studies and pathfinding for future HBM architectures. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with company values. Drive standardization efforts across verification teams and contribute to organizational success.
May telecommute from home part-time.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Verification of DRAM systems through DDR controller or DRAM components
- Memory protocols: DDR, LPDDR, GDDR or HBM
- UVM based testbench development
- Languages, including System Verilog for verification and design analysis, Python for scripting/automation
- RTL or gate level verification
- Modeling, Performance Analysis, Timing Analysis, Logic schematic Analysis
- Simulation tools: VCS and Xcelium
- Testplan creation through vManager
- Task management tools:
