Engineer - HIG HBM PSE - Design Validation

As a Design Validation Product Engineer on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology, you will be responsible for developing next‑generation HBM products from design through volume production.

Our HBM products stack DRAM chips with a logic chip in a single package using TSV technology to increase memory density while enabling high‑speed signal transmission. The role requires deep understanding of JEDEC specifications, schematic and layout design, silicon validation, and debugging across hardware and software.

• Understand the JEDEC specifications for HBM.
• Craft internal architecture documentation and schematic/layout knowledge of builds.
• Perform silicon validation of HBM designs, debugging in lab, circuit simulations, and data analysis.
• Communicate and collaborate with PE team and multi‑functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies and workflows.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in schematic design, simulation, data analysis, lab debugging, or pattern manipulation.
• Effective time management and productivity.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Coursework or experience in VLSI, semiconductor process, Python and C/C++ with Verilog, VHDL, or System Verilog.
• Innovative mindset open to improving procedures and products.
• Self‑motivation and passion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
