Staff Physical Design Engineer (Req )

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. We are seeking a Staff Physical Design Engineer to contribute to the design and development of next‑generation HBM DRAM products.

• Complete tasks in netlist to GDSII implementation for partition(s), meeting schedule and design goals.
• Collaborate with the Architect, Front End Design, and CAD teams to deliver best‑in‑class designs.
• Assist Front End Design and Integration Engineers with SRAM/RF specification and synthesis design constraints.
• Resolve and improve design and flow issues related to physical design, identify potential solutions, and work with CAD teams as needed.
• Debug and identify root causes and solutions for netlist timing issues or post‑silicon timing issues.
• May telecommute part‑time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a related occupation.
