Job Overview

Responsibilities- Design and analyze both digital and analog circuits for advanced memory products.
- Verify circuit functionality using Verilog and SPICE simulation tools.
- Support physical layout design through circuit optimization and parasitic modeling.
- Collaborate with Micron’s verification team to develop test patterns aligned with design specifications.
- Assist product engineering with post‑silicon debug and validation.
- Partner with the yield enhancement team to analyze process‑related defects and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Work closely with fabrication and marketing teams to proactively design products that optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring cost‑effectiveness, high quality, reliability, and faster time‑to‑market.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering robust and innovative memory solutions.
- May telecommute from home part‑time.
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Digital Logic design to implement complex spec requirements.
