Senior Manager - HIG HBM PSE - Design Validation

As a Design Validation Product Engineer on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology, you will develop next-generation HBM products. You will serve as the interface between Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Quality, and will own HBM products from development through volume production.

• Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM.
• Craft internal architecture documentation and schematic & layout knowledge of builds.
• Perform silicon validation of HBM builds and address stack-level problems through hardware and software debugging in the lab, circuit simulations, and data analysis.
• Communicate and collaborate with the PE team and other cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with schematics, simulation, data analysis, lab debugging, or pattern manipulation.
• Efficient time usage leading to effective work.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Coursework in VLSI, semiconductor process, Python, and C/C++.
• Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or System Verilog.
• Innovative approach open to improving processes or products.
• Self‑motivation and passion.
• Ability to convey ideas verbally or in writing.
