In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate next-generation HBM SoC logic die while collaborating with various teams to meet performance and schedule targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital SoC design, proficiency in RTL development, and familiarity with EDA tools. A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience are required.
