Position: Field Service Installation Process Specialist with Security Clearance
Responsibilities Design and create processes to assist in the installation of systems Design fixtures, tools and other items to aid in the installation of systems Develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions Specify processing and generate work instructions Assist in building and assuring the proper tools, parts and hardware are ready to ship to site for installation Perform difficult electronic, mechanical and technical assignments such as constructing, repairing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing & maintaining electronic and mechanical equipment, microwave products, electro-mechanical components, devices and systems Work from schematics, engineering drawings, wire lists, written or verbal instructions Recommend changes or modifications to improve the operation or the quality of electronic or mechanical products and equipment Determines methods, operations and sequences in setting procedures for constructing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, processing, and modifying electronic and mechanical products and equipment as required Train installation team on process controls and collaborate with Quality to meet specification Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork

Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business Qualifications Associates degree in related technology or equivalent technical training, plus 5 years related experience or the combination of training and related experience equal to 10 year.
Five years of related experience
Active or recently active DoD issued Secret Clearance
Advanced skills in large scale assemblies and systems Basic computer skills Must be proficient writing and speaking English Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to read technical drawing and specifications Desired Skills AutoCAD Proficiency
