Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer I supports production by improving processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role helps develop and implement manufacturing solutions across various products.

Responsibilities

* Assist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures

* Help identify and resolve production issues, defects, and assembly challenges

* Conduct time studies and process analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costs

* Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

* Use Power BI to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights

* Track and report key metrics such as throughput, efficiency, downtime, and quality

* Support continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

* Assist in selecting and qualifying new equipment and technologies

* Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related field

* 1-2 years of manufacturing experience (LFA industry preferred)

* Basic knowledge of assembly, testing, and material handling processes

* Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) is a plus

* Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Power BI preferred

* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
