Job Title:

Civil CAD Designer

• Develop civil designs for residential development projects.
• Design grading, paving, and water, sewer, and utility systems for new construction.
• Support single-family development design from green field to construction phase.
• Coordinate with engineers to assist with necessary calculations.

• 5 years of experience in civil design within residential or commercial land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to manage design projects from inception to completion.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay range: $38.00 - $50.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
