Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Physical Verification Engineer to define and drive sign‑off quality PV flows for Heterogeneous Integration Group. You will work with design, EDA, foundry partners, and product teams to deliver tape‑out ready silicon under aggressive schedules.
The role requires robust PV experience for advanced nodes, mastery of DRC/LVS/ERC/PERC/DFM, and proficiency with Calibre, ICV, and Pegasus. A Master’s or PhD in EE/CE or equivalent is preferred.
