Position: AssocOprtns Semi-Conductor III (Wafer FAB Operator)

Job Description

Support day-to-day semiconductor operations to ensure process efficiency and quality standards are met. Assist in monitoring and maintaining equipment and process parameters to optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

You must have proven experience in semiconductor operations or a related manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment. Ability to analyze operational data and identify areas for process improvement. Familiarity with industrial automation systems and tools used in semiconductor production.

We value technical vocational education. Experience working in a fast-paced semiconductor or industrial automation environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
