We are recruiting for a Lead Product Test Engineer to join Qorvo’s High Performance Analog (HPA). The incumbent will provide support to the organization with a goal to continuously reduce time to market. This position will be based in Richardson, TX.
KeyRoles and Responsibilities
- Define DVT scope, initiate execution and track progress up to completion for various product lines
- Responsible for test planning
- Contribute to troubleshooting product performance
- Influence Test Development strategy
- Validate software solution integration to support RF characterization from DC to mmW frequencies
- Make proposal to help improve our test automation framework
- Contribute to SQA for new test flow introduction
- Provide guidance to troubleshoot test setups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and support product testing efforts
- Generate test-oriented documentations, procedures, and reports supporting new product introduction
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in EE/software testing
- Strong exposure to RF products performance
- Proficient with test automation
- Proficient in automated test including design, development, and maintenance
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with test technicians
- Operate independently with minimal supervision
- MSc degree (or greater) in Electrical Engineering
