Innovative Signal Analysis & Hawk Eye 360 is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead mission-level systems engineering for aerospace and space-based RF payloads. You will translate mission needs into executable architectures, develop CONOPS, and guide end-to-end systems engineering across analysis, RF payload design, integration, verification, and readiness.
This role requires deep expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance with SSBI and Polygraph.
