Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Principal CAD Engineer in Richardson, TX to collaborate with global design/verification teams, develop and optimize CAD flows for CMOS ICs, and drive cost, quality, reliability, and time-to-market improvements.
You will integrate EDA tools, provide training and support, and conduct R&D on next-generation CAD software. The role requires strong Unix/shell skills, CMOS design knowledge, and experience with Calibre DRC/LVS, RTL-to-GDS, and multiple simulators.
