Micron Technology is seeking a SoC Timing (Static Timing Analysis/STA) Engineer in Richardson, TX. You will own chip-level STA and sign-off across all checks and corners, working with RTL, physical design, DFT, verification, and product teams to ensure timing integrity from design through tape-out.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of hands-on STA experience, strong expertise with Prime Time/Cadence, and Python/Tcl scripting for automation.
