Test Engineering Development Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Test Engineering Development Engineer to join their client's Engineering Services organization within the global. The team develops and deploys manufacturing test automation solutions across the company's global manufacturing network, including sites in Asia, Mexico, and the United States.

This engineer will play a key role in developing rack-level test solutions for AI infrastructure, networking equipment, compute platforms, GPU racks, servers, and hyperscale data center technologies. The position requires a unique combination of hands-on hardware knowledge and strong software development skills, particularly in Python. The ideal candidate will be comfortable understanding complex products, designing manufacturing test strategies, developing automated testing solutions, and partnering with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, design engineering, and customer stakeholders.

This individual will be expected to communicate effectively with global teams, drive technical discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute in a highly collaborative environment. While experience in data center hardware is preferred, candidates from other hardware-focused industries who can quickly learn new technologies and apply transferable testing experience will also be considered.
