As a Senior Auditor you will perform moderately complex financial and operational audits across corporate functions, business segments, factory locations, and distribution operations. You may lead a team of auditors or work independently on projects.

• Build effective business relationships
• Perform risk assessments and evaluate control structures
• Document testing and conclusions
• Communicate results to business leaders and stakeholders
• Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
• Continuously learn and train on audit topics

• Review sustainability‑related compliance reporting
• Leverage data analytics and tools
• Work with outside auditors and co‑source resources
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Execute special assignments and other duties as assigned
• Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience; master’s degree preferred
• Licensure – CPA, CIA, or CISA highly preferred
• Public accounting and/or internal auditing experience required;
  Big 4 experience preferred
• Experience with Sarbanes‑Oxley preferred
• Highly motivated self‑starter who works well individually and in teams
• Strong critical reasoning, independent judgment, and objectivity
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, internal control concepts, and IIA standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Spanish language skills an asset (speaking / writing)

Compensation
:
This is a salaried exempt role. Starting salary ranges from $80,000‑$105,000 annually, depending on geography, skills, and experience. Employees are eligible for an annual bonus per the company plan and are not eligible for overtime.
