What Drives SuccessAs a Senior Auditor you will perform moderately complex financial and operational audits across corporate functions, business segments, factory locations, and distribution operations. You may lead a team of auditors or work independently on projects.
- Build effective business relationships
- Perform risk assessments and evaluate control structures
- Document testing and conclusions
- Communicate results to business leaders and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- Continuously learn and train on audit topics
- Review sustainability‑related compliance reporting
- Leverage data analytics and tools
- Work with outside auditors and co‑source resources
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Execute special assignments and other duties as assigned
- Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience; master’s degree preferred
- Licensure – CPA, CIA, or CISA highly preferred
- Public accounting and/or internal auditing experience required;
Big 4 experience preferred - Experience with Sarbanes‑Oxley preferred
- Highly motivated self‑starter who works well individually and in teams
- Strong critical reasoning, independent judgment, and objectivity
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, internal control concepts, and IIA standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Spanish language skills an asset (speaking / writing)
Compensation
:
This is a salaried exempt role. Starting salary ranges from $80,000‑$105,000 annually, depending on geography, skills, and experience. Employees are eligible for an annual bonus per the company plan and are not eligible for overtime.
