Accounts Payable Manager

The AP/AR/Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient transaction workflows while supporting operational goals within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Manage full‑cycle accounts payable
  , including invoice processing, vendor management, payment runs, and expense oversight
• Oversee accounts receivable operations, billing, collections, cash applications, and aging analysis
• Administer and supervise payroll processing
  , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
• Partner with operations and production teams to support manufacturing workflows and cost tracking
• Lead month‑end close responsibilities related to AP, AR, and payroll functions
• Train, mentor, and supervise accounting support staff
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of progressive experience in AP, AR, and/or payroll
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
• Hands‑on experience with Epicor ERP (or similar manufacturing ERP systems)
• Supervisory or team leadership background
