Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for accounting entries, funds transfers and execution of warehouse funding advances and settlements for Mortgage Warehouse lending
* Work with partner banks on syndications and participations related to warehouse lines
* Develop accounting procedures to support HELOC, Gestation, Mark-to-Market, and syndication related payments
* Process funding advance wires, fee processing and investor wires within established service level agreements
* Manage the mark to market interest invoicing and net funding transfers
* Perform General Ledger research and adjustments
* Audit Coordination:
Coordinate and manage submissions for audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Product Development Support:
Collaborate in the development and implementation of new mortgage finance products.
* Process Improvement:
Identify and implement enhancements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Identify and address regulatory and procedural non-compliance issues.
* Maintain data integrity across various systems.

Qualifications:
* Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Experience:
* At least four (4+) years of banking experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse lending, loan operations, or the mortgage industry preferred
* Proficiency in financial systems and software, with advanced skills in Excel.
* In-depth knowledge of warehouse lending legal documents and mortgage originator business models.
* Experience with Pro Merit or equivalent systems.
