Steven Douglas is exclusively engaged on a Corporate Controller role with incredible visibility and growth potential. Reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate will be responsible to lead and develop a large team across a corporate accounting group and a shared services center.
Responsibilities- Owning the monthly close and producing consolidated financial statements across 100 entities
- Supporting due diligence and accounting integration for acquisitions
- Overseeing tax compliance and coordination with external tax advisors
- Designing and enforcing internal controls and accounting policies across all locations
- CPA and Big 4 Audit Foundation
- Has managed large teams 50+
- On-site daily with 20% Travel
- M & A Experience
- Multi-entity consolidations experience — must understand how consolidations flow, intercompany eliminations, and acquisition accounting (ASC 805
