, Texas Oncology, is seeking a full‑time Accounts Receivable Analyst for the Research Clinical Trials Department. The role ensures accurate and timely collections of receivable accounts, supports compliance, and helps maintain optimal reimbursement.

• Accurately and timely collect all receivables to minimize accounts receivable and maximize reimbursement.
• Resolve A/R issues by contacting practices, researching, and responding to routine and non‑routine inquiries in a professional manner.
• Perform revenue and A/R reconciliation.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; communicate regulatory and industry standards to employees.
• Review and process transactions between the company and its customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain frequent contact with internal and external customers to address all payment issues.
• Establish credit limits after reviewing practice financial statements and metric ratios.
• Coordinate facilities and office management functions, including payroll, as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
• At least two additional years of A/R experience required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.
• Alternate educational pathways:
  Associate's degree plus four (4) years of related work experience, or eight (8) years of related work experience.

The job requires regular sitting and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds. Vision and hearing must be corrected to normal ranges.
