Senior FP&A Manager

We're partnering with a well-established industry leader seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis efforts for a large business unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, partnering with operations, and providing meaningful insights that impact business decisions.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis initiatives
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A professionals while driving accountability and performance
• Present financial recommendations and investment analyses to senior leadership
• Build and enhance forecasting models, identify business risks, and uncover growth opportunities
• Partner with operational leaders on budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting processes and analytics
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and applicable regulations

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or corporate finance experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Experience working in a complex, multi-entity, or large-scale corporate environment
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/EPM systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
