Commission Specialist, Finance & Banking

Job Summary

This position is responsible for researching complex producer/GA/marketing inquiries, including understanding group or direct markets commission programs and processing rules. It also includes processing monthly exception reports and producer/GA bonus payments.

• Understand group or direct markets commission programs and processing rules.
• Process monthly exception reports.
• Process producer/GA bonus payments.

• College degree in Business or 4 years of business experience.
• 3 years of commission, finance or payroll experience.
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer service skills.

• Experience/knowledge of True Comp incentive systems.
• Knowledge of HCSC marketing and commission programs.

Base Pay Range: $41,700.00 - $92,800.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
