Regional FP&A Analyst – AI-Driven Finance

Role Summary

Mavenir is looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our Finance team and play a critical role in our continued growth and achievement of operational excellence. In this key position, you will primarily be focusing on the financial performance of the business for your respective region. You will report to the Sr. Director of Finance. You must be a self-starter, have an ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders and a desire to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, high-growth technology company.

The ideal candidate is extremely proactive, driven, well-organized, detail-oriented and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Sales, Ops leaders and Supply Chain teams on the short- and long-term financial planning process for Revenue, Billings and COGS, ensuring business drivers are clearly understood and highlighted.
• Report and analyze quarterly business results, including reviewing forecast variances to actuals and communicating important takeaways to Regional Leaders and Senior management.
• Synthesize data and information to create financial forecasting models, leveraging AI SW tools and using data from Mavenir is a leading provider of cutting-edge solutions for telecommunications and network infrastructure. We specialize in delivering innovative technologies to communication service providers, including satellite operators, empowering them through delivering cloud-native software solutions that enable operators to modernize their networks, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market.

• crosoft Dynamics, Oracle and Excel templates.
• Effectively manage ad hoc projects and investigation as required, sometimes needing collaboration with other functional areas within and beyond the FP&A team.
• A stakeholder in the overall FP&A process evolution including new systems implementations to create business efficiencies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years professional work experience in corporate finance (specifically financial planning & analysis) and/or accounting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience. AI experience a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a self-starter.
• Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs.
• Can think strategically while managing with a sense of urgency through ambiguities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Need to be able to explain complex processes or models in a concise, consumable format.
• High attention to detail with an ability to multitask in a high growth environment.
• An attitude to challenge the status quo with a desire to consistently raise the bar.
• B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance or business required.

Preferred experience:

• Advanced degree in business or finance
• Revenue Accounting experience or CPA
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and financial planning system implementation (Hyperion etc.)
