Our client, a large and established consumer services organization, is seeking a Manager, Corporate Finance to join its team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and strategic decision support.
Reporting to senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will combine strong FP&A fundamentals with analytical capabilities and business acumen. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand key business drivers, evaluate opportunities and risks, and translate complex financial analysis into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Maintain and enhance financial models used for forecasting and decision-making.
- Develop multi-year financial projections and support valuation and investment analyses.
- Conduct DCF, IRR, NPV, business case, and other ad hoc financial analyses.
- Analyze key operational and financial drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level presentations that clearly communicate financial performance and strategic recommendations.
- Support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and other corporate finance activities.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to provide meaningful financial insights and decision support.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve financial models, processes, and analytical tools.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a similarly analytical finance role.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with valuation, investment analysis, and/or business case development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational drivers and translate financial analysis into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience with in retail, manufacturing, consumer services, or another operationally complex industry is considered an asset.
- CPA, MBA, or other professional designation is an asset but is not required.
