** Brief Overview of Position
** As we aim to provide exceptional customer service, we are looking for a qualified customer-focus individual to join us as a Treasury Services Associate
- Implementations Specialist. As Treasury Services Associate, you carry the responsibility of engaging with our clients and provide insight, knowledge, and excitement about our Treasury products. Highly involved in our client onboarding, the Treasury Services Associate facilitates and manages new product implementations to provide what our clients need most
** Responsibilities
* ** Onboard all Treasury products and services for new and existing Treasury clients
* Project management oversight to drive accuracy and timeliness of onboarding process
* Collaborate with Treasury Sales to identify a prospect’s need for new Treasury service set-up
* Review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution
* Act as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services and systems
* Communicate directly with clients or their designees regarding testing and any format changes needed, including ACH files (CSV and NACHA formats), Positive Pay issue files and data transmissions, etc.
* High-Level of verbal and written etiquette to be able to communicate with clients via phone and email
* Provide high level of client support to clients via phone and email
* Provide client assistance for various Treasury products as needed
* Coordinate smooth transition of new clients to Treasury Support Education
