The OpportunityWe are looking for a Finance Manager to own the financial operations of the Wellness Care division. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is equally comfortable closing the books and sitting across the table from operational leaders to drive smarter decisions. You will be the financial backbone of a growing healthcare division, building reporting infrastructure, owning the budget process, and ensuring the business has the insight it needs to grow responsibly.
This is not a back-office role. You will have a seat at the table and a voice in how the division grows.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all divisional financial operations including month-end close, financial statements, and variance analysis for Wellness Care.
- Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, partnering closely with operational and clinical leadership.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions, growth initiatives, and scenario planning.
- Develop and deliver timely, accurate management reporting packages to TWG leadership and the Wellness Care executive team.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics; flag risks and opportunities proactively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions for the division, working with shared services as applicable.
- Support external audit processes and liaise with TWG's corporate finance team on consolidated reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- Mentor and develop junior finance staff within the division as the team grows.
- 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years at the manager level.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, care management, or a similarly regulated service industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical accounting skills with a solid understanding of ASPE or US GAAP as applicable.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP or accounting platforms (Quick Books, Sage, Net Suite, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to build financial models and translate data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication skills fe you can explain financial results to non-finance stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines without dropping the ball.
- A builder's mindset you see gaps as opportunities and take initiative to improve systems and processes.
- You have worked in a divisional or multi-entity finance environment and understand how to manage financials across complex structures.
