The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: RTX is seeking an experienced candidate to join the Mobility Payroll & Tax Team as a Cost Estimate Senior Analyst. The Global Mobility team is responsible for the management of the globally mobile workforce including international assignments & transfers, and will coordinate with other RTX functions like the Mobility Center of Excellence (COE), HR, tax, legal, payroll and finance.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the accurate & timely preparation and delivery of tax cost estimates, and will be responsible for the implementation & execution of global strategic initiatives. The Mobility team is a fast paced, high volume, metrics driven, highly collaborative cross functional environment, which is focused on individual and team performance, as well as continuous improvement and technological advances.
What You Will Do Receive new cost estimate requests, review for data quality, gather additional information and ask general questions, update data as needed, and enter/track data using Equus and SNOW. Prepare cost estimate deliverables for Bid/Proposals, tax accruals, ongoing estimates for active assignments, and one-off requests. Prepare cost estimates within Equus platform. Ensure standard work is updated timely, as well as providing ongoing process improvements.
Monitor metrics and SLA’s on cost estimate delivery to internal stakeholders. Provide education and explanation of facts, policies, and practices on RTX mobility package design, philosophy, and tax equalization, with cost estimate team and internal stakeholders, as needed. Ensure exception process is followed and documented with key stakeholders during the cost estimate process, as required. Provide information to support requests from internal and external auditors.
Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with the business unit program leadership and finance teams. Collaborate with Mobility COE, Operations, and other cross functional teams. Engage with cross functional stakeholders for assignment structure education support. Document requirements and cost estimate activities in system to ensure automated flow throughout entire assignment lifecycle.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years global mobility experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Ability to manage, coach, develop, and train team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
- Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills.
- At least 1-2 years of experience preparing Cost Projections within Equus or related platform.
- Strong communicator with proven relationship skills and the ability to work with employees within and outside of the team.
- Excellent organization and execution skills are essential, as well as the ability to balance the needs of the business and deliverables while meeting the requirements of the laws and regulations.
- Excellent excel and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision on large, moderately complex projects and assignment.
- Must set objectives for areas of responsibilities to meet the objectives and goals of projects.
- Must be able to demonstrate theoretical to advanced knowledge in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution as it relates to Global Mobility, policy packages, tax equalizations, and cost projections.
- Minimal travel requirements. Travel likely to be to Connecticut.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
