- Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients
- Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business
- Own the client experience by handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, executing opportunities, and making internal referrals
- Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and client networking
- Grow client loyalty and share of wallet through exceptional client experiences
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems efficiently
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies and determine appropriate products
- Present financial recommendations and guidance to clients
- Establish, monitor, and update individual financial plans
- Coach and educate branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities
- Drive investment education and visibility among branch staff
- Lead branch-team actions to achieve investment results
- Communicate with internal and external partners to build relationships and drive referrals
- Meet with branch managers and internal partners to review business results and pipeline management
- Meet service-level agreements for lead and referral follow-up
- Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines
- University/college degree typically required, with a Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required
- Life and Health Insurance required
- Knowledge of client prospecting, client relationship building, credit risk analysis, customer engagement, financial analysis, financial modeling, investment banking, public speaking, relationship building, and relationship management
- Ability in coaching others, customer experience management, customer retention, effective communications, interpersonal relationships, managing multiple priorities, prospecting, sales tasks and activities, and selling
- Must be able to work in an in-office setting
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing investment and insurance strategies while maintaining strong client relationships. Proficient in financial analysis, client prospecting, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
