** Job Description
*** Support Specialist is responsible for
** supporting the Treasury Management Support effort for TC.
** The Individual must have knowledge of Bank and Treasury/Cash Management products and service offerings.
* This position will assist Treasury Clients perform their day-to-day activities via phone and email.
* This position will answer phone calls, manage a dedicated email inbox, prioritize client requests, problem solving, conduct research utilizing various bank systems to respond and resolve clients’ inquiries.##

* * This position is responsible for handling escalated client issues related to Treasury Products and Services daily tasks in addition to:
* Provide high level of client support to clients via phone and email
* Perform and complete assign tasks in efforts to support all Treasury Management Clients for Texas Capital
