Mobile Phlebotomist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing blood draws and specimen collections at various locations, ensuring patient comfort and safety while adhering to strict laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical laboratory experience and a passion for patient care, making a positive impact in the community.

• Perform venipuncture and blood sampling with precision and care.
• Collect and process specimens following established laboratory techniques.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of all specimens collected.
• Provide exceptional patient service by explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor vital signs as needed during the collection process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mobile phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
• Stay updated on medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory procedures.

• Proven experience in phlebotomy, including blood sampling techniques.
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures and clinical laboratory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent patient service skills in a mobile setting.
• Experience with specimen collection/processing is highly desirable.
• Understanding of vital signs monitoring techniques.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care.
