Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Setting: Memory Care Facility

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver with dementia experience to provide evening support for a client living in a memory care facility in Richardson.

The client has advanced dementia and is not aggressive
, but she does experience confusion and may forget why the caregiver is present. Consistency, patience, and a calm presence are essential for this role. This is an ongoing assignment
, and we are looking for someone who can commit long-term.

• Providing companionship and reassurance
• Assisting with basic ADLs as needed
• Redirection and gentle cueing related to dementia
• Ensuring client safety and comfort during evening hours
• Communicating with facility staff as appropriate

• Prior professional dementia care experience required
• Reliable attendance and ability to commit to an ongoing schedule
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
• Ability to follow care plans and facility guidelines
