Blazer Jobs is seeking a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Richardson, Texas for the 2025‑2026 school year. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and in‑person collaboration.

• Location: Richardson, TX

• Schedule: Full‑time, school hours

• Hybrid Model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

• Dates: Full 2025‑2026 school year

• Caseload: Varies based on district needs (K‑12)

• Provide speech and language services in both onsite and virtual settings

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring

• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with staff and families

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with documentation requirements

• Support students in articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

• Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology

• Active Texas SLP license (CCC required; CFs may be considered)

• Experience with school‑aged children preferred

• Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms
