Weekend Caregiver / Home Health Aide – Flexible Schedule & Weekly Pay

We are currently seeking a dependable caregiver for:

• Schedule:
  
  Friday through Sunday
• Flexible hours based on client needs and availability
• In-home and/or facility-based assignments

• Provide personal care services tailored to each client’s needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Light housekeeping and linen changes
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Outdoor activities and shopping
• Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan
• Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing

• Minimum of one (1) year of caregiver or home care experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
