Join our team as a Medication Technician at Vitality Living Appletree Court Community. Make a real difference in the lives of residents every day.

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintain residents' records daily promptly and following company policy and procedure.
• Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with the completion of medication cart audits.
• Perform additional duties as requested to support the resident care team.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification required by state or provincial regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
