• Provide personal care services tailored to each client’s needs
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and feeding
• Light housekeeping and linen changes
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Outdoor activities and shopping
• Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan
• Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing

• Minimum of one year of caregiver or home care experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test (skin test or chest X‑ray)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)

We are currently seeking a caregiver for a male patient in Benbrook (Dementia, mobile, no pets), Mondays & Wednesdays, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
