Job Description
We are seeking experienced Insurance Authorization Specialists to support a large oncology provider. This position will be responsible for obtaining and managing prior authorizations for oncology services, primarily chemotherapy and radiation treatments, by reviewing patient regimens, submitting authorizations through insurance portals, following up on approvals, and updating the accounts accordingly. This position will assist with claim rejections, denials, and write-offs as needed, while working through an average of 10-15 authorizations per day.
