Schedule- Night Shift: Monday–Friday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Day shift:
Wednesday-Saturday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - CNAs will always be paired—you will not be working alone

- Provide personalized care tailored to each client’s needs
- Assist with activities of daily living, including:
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping and linen changes
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Outdoor activities and shopping
- Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan
- Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
- Must be CNA certified (no caregivers)
- 2–3 years of experience required
- Must provide a resume with relevant experience
- Experience with total care patients and Hoyer lift required
- Must be reliable, a team player, and committed
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
- This is a VIP patient, and the family is very particular
- A meet-and-greet/interview with the family is required prior to starting
- We will accommodate all reasonable requests from the family for this case
- Flexible scheduling options
